Two ways to run your store
Linked store
Your website sends shoppers to your store on the platform, where they browse and check out. It is quicker and less expensive to set up.

Integrated store
Your products and checkout are built into your own website and connected directly to your store platform, so shoppers never leave your site or your brand. The platform still handles payments and orders, and All Stone Tech hosts the storefront.

- Peak-season coverage. Available on any plan. Includes a 4-hour response for any issue, 7 days a week; a site and checkout check before the event; closer monitoring while it runs; priority on product and content updates; and a sales and performance recap afterward.
- Third-party services. Services you choose (store platforms, email marketing, paid add-on apps) are billed to you directly, or through All Stone Tech if you prefer one invoice.
Plan terms
- Billing.
- Monthly plans bill on the 1st, month to month, with 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable after 30 days.
- Late payment.
- We send a reminder when a payment is 7 days late. At 15 days late, your site or store is paused until the balance is paid, then restored right away.
- Price changes.
- Monthly prices may change with 30 days' written notice. Annual plans keep their price for the full year you paid for.
- You own your business.
- Your domain, content, product data and customer data are yours. They are registered or exported in your name.
- Fair usage.
- Plans cover normal traffic for a business your size. If usage grows well beyond that, we will talk before anything changes, and any increase is agreed with you in advance.
- Response times.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern. For a checkout outage on the Commerce plan, call or text us for a response within 12 hours, any day of the week.
- One bill (optional).
- We can pay your store platform and other subscriptions for you and include them on your monthly invoice at cost. The accounts stay in your name. This option requires autopay, and these costs are billed one month ahead. Per-sale and card processing fees are charged by the platform and taken from your sales, so they can't be moved to your All Stone Tech invoice.
- Web address renewals.
- Your web address renews every year, typically $15 to $25. It stays registered in your name and is renewed at cost on your invoice so it never lapses.
- Moving on.
- If you leave, we hand over everything you own. A full technical transfer to another provider starts at $250. Where we have written code for you, you also have full access to its repository (all of the code for your websites, apps or projects), which you can hand to another provider.
- Not included.
- New features, redesigns and new pages are quoted separately. Outages caused by third-party services are handled promptly but are outside our control.
- Card security.
- Payments always run through a trusted processor such as Stripe or Shopify. All Stone Tech never stores card numbers.
- Full terms.
- This page summarizes our plans. Complete terms are in your All Stone Tech service agreement, which you'll receive before anything starts.
